I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the tea and coffee making facilities and the delightful view of the ratusz from my room. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

Central location - very convenient for exploring the old town with beautiful churches nearby. Reasonable pricing compared to other hotels in the area. The helpful staff made us feel welcome and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

No elevator - the steep stairway to the upper floors may be challenging for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues. Rooms are not soundproof - we were woken up early by the loud church bells nearby.

Our overnight stop at Hotel Ratuszowy was excellent. The staff were friendly and spoke some English. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located right in the city center. We felt safe leaving our motorcycle parked in front of the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with eggs, cheese, and bread straight from the producer. Despite being in the city center, our room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel even waited until we left our room to start refurbishing nearby, ensuring we weren't disturbed. We had a fantastic stay and will visit again.

Spent Christmas nearby the main square, amazing atmosphere, such a unique experience. the breakfast was decent, they had some hot dishes along with croissants, yogurt and cereal. Loved the central location and being able to walk around and enjoy the beautiful churches and the festive decorations.

the heating system was not good, the room was quite cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature.
